Dean’s Mailbox
To better serve faculty and students and gather their opinions and suggestions concerning the college’s development, the college has established the “Dean’s Mailbox.” The “Dean’s Mailbox” serves as an important channel for submitting constructive suggestions and as a platform for addressing reasonable concerns of faculty and students. Its purpose is to enhance communication feedback, promptly understand and resolve existing problems and difficulties encountered in work, study, and daily life, and collect opinions and suggestions for the college’s development and construction.

2. Faculty and students may write to the “Dean’s Mailbox” regarding the following matters:
(1) Suggestions and opinions on the college’s development and construction;
(2) Suggestions and opinions on specific work within different departments of the college;
(3) Matters of significant concern to the collective interests of the college’s faculty and staff;
(4) Other issues concerning faculty and students of the college.
The content of submissions must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the reported situations must be objective, factual, and clearly articulated.
3. To facilitate timely processing, authors of submissions may provide their personal information (name, staff/student ID, phone number, etc.) to ensure targeted responses.
4. The “Dean’s Mailbox” is managed by dedicated personnel who provide timely responses.
We sincerely welcome faculty and students to actively engage in the college’s management, offer constructive suggestions, and contribute to the construction and development of the college as well as improving the quality of talent cultivation.
