To enhance the development of the docent team, improve service quality, and foster teamwork, the first training session and orientation meeting for the volunteer interpreters of The Exhibition Hall of Crime Evidence of Japanese Army Unit 731 was held on the evening of May 17th. The session was attended by supervisor Ms. Xu Yao, team leaders Li Jianrong, Li Xiang, Wei Xinyi, and all new team members.
After the training, Ms. Xu Yao gave closing remarks, commending the session’s content and outcomes. She encouraged the team to embrace continuous learning, passionately convey historical truths, remember past national hardships, foster patriotic spirit, and share stories of peace. The team leader then outlined future training plans and addressed members’ questions on the spot.
This training session clarified the direction for the team’s development, standardized service expectations, and enhanced the professionalism and skills of new members. Moving forward, the docent team will continue to serve with dedication, strengthen their skills, and tell the stories of national memory and peace with passion and accuracy.
