Wentian College “Salon Evening Talks”—Teacher Recruitment Notice
(2026, Sixth Session, Ninth Overall Session)
I. Event Purpose
The “Salon Evening Talks” aim to break the spatial and temporal boundaries of traditional classrooms and offices. Through roundtable tea gatherings, we build a bridge for in-depth dialogue and close exchange of ideas between teachers and students, truly realizing the goal of “listening to student voices and sharing growth together.”
II. Event Content
Topics will include, but are not limited to:
Curriculum Development System: Analyze the current curriculum system and explore course design and educational reforms required for cultivating talents in future technologies;
Disciplinary Frontiers and Future Directions: Share the latest research progress and future development directions in various academic fields to broaden students’ academic horizons;
Student Learning & Development Issues: Provide guidance and advice for students facing challenges in their studies, research, and career planning;
Technological Innovation & Interdisciplinary Integration: Discuss cutting-edge technology trends and promote interdisciplinary communication and collaboration;
Academic Literacy & Research Competence: Share research experience and methods, nurturing scientific spirit and innovation;
Growth Paths & Life Planning: Offer diverse perspectives and valuable experience on various aspects of student growth and success.
III. Event Format
The “Salon Evening Talks” will be held regularly at the Wentian Forum of the School of Future Technology. Each session will invite frontline teachers as keynote guests, and feature a combination of themed roundtable discussions, free Q&A, and tea gatherings. This will foster a warm, open, and equal atmosphere, ensuring every student can fully express themselves and gain inspiration.
